Indoor

Indoor sessions offer control of lighting, temperature, parking, and nearby bathrooms. Indoor sessions aren't affected by weather. We can get some beautiful shots inside the comfort of our studio!

Indoor sessions are available at later hours (after I put baby to bed) and at various times throughout the day.

Due to the small space of our studio, we limit these sessions to five individuals (people or pets, with no more than two pets per session).

Studio sessions lack the natural beauty and variety of the outdoors but are a great option for those who want a quick and comfortable session with just one or more beautiful portraits.

Outdoor

Outdoor sessions are just beautiful. The variety that nature provides in the background (and sometimes a little in the foreground) is so special and unique for each session. However, with this beauty comes a lack of predictability of weather and lighting.

These sessions are a wonderful in all seasons, but more unpredictable during the winter and spring. If you plan for an outdoor session, just know that we can reschedule if the wind is too windy or the rain is too rainy, and if rescheduling is not an option for you, then we will make the most of it!

Portraits vs. Adventures

Portraits

Our portrait sessions are designed for high school seniors, families, couples, pets, and anyone who wants some beautiful images capturing the essence of a person or group of people (and/or pets). These sessions include light retouching and between 1-5 high resolution digital images (check out our pricing guide for more details on each session). Light retouching includes skin smoothing, teeth whitening and light blemishes. Additional retouching is available at an additional cost (listed on our pricing page).

Outdoor Adventures

Outdoor adventure sessions are designed to capture an outdoor occasion. Our photographer will join your occasion and capture candid images (and a few posed ones if you'd like) to create a lasting memory of your adventure. These high resolution digital images will be uploaded to a private online gallery for you to choose your favorites, and then they will go through our editing process, but will not receive the light retouching that portraits receive. Of course, retouching is still available at an additional cost (see our pricing page for more details).
